By accessing and using the OMG Rewards platform ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

OMG Rewards is a loyalty rewards platform that allows customers to earn and redeem points with participating businesses across New Zealand. The Service includes:

• Points earning on purchases from participating businesses
• Points redemption for rewards and services
• Account management and transaction history
• Business discovery and promotional content

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of our Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Accounts for users under 18 require parental consent in accordance with New Zealand privacy laws.

4. Points and Rewards

4.1 Earning Points

Points are earned through qualifying purchases at participating businesses. Point values and earning rates are determined by individual businesses and may vary.

4.2 Redeeming Points

Points can be redeemed for rewards as specified by participating businesses. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.

4.3 Point Expiration

Points may expire if your account is inactive for 24 months or as specified by individual business terms.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Create fake accounts or manipulate the points system
• Share account credentials with others

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information in compliance with New Zealand's Privacy Act 2020.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Otago Marketing Group Limited and are protected by New Zealand and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

We strive to maintain continuous service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Limitation of Liability

Under New Zealand law, our liability to you is limited to the maximum extent permitted. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
